Ingredients

    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup
    Optimum Nutrition Whey Cake Batter, 4 scoops
    Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Kretschmer Wheat Germ 1TBL
    Jif All Natural creamy peanut butter, .5 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp.
    .5 cup of water

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl by hand its easier but messy
line an 8x8 pan with wax paper and spread evenly ( its a little sticky I used "Pam'd" hands
Freeze for 30 min
Cut into bars
makes 12 bars
