Ingredients

    2 Cups julienne Broccoli
    1/2 Cup julienne Carrots
    1/4 cup julienne Red Cabbage
    1/2 Cup julienne Red Pepper
    1 medium Granny Smith Apple julienne
    1/4 Cup julienne Onion
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    2 Tbsp French's Honey Mustard
    2 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
    Pinch Salt
    Pinch Black Pepper

Directions

Chop all of the vegetables and place in large mixing bowl. Mix together the lime juice, sour cream, and honey mustard. Mix together with vegetables, and let site for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. All the flavors will melt together.
