Great easy soup with low fat. Great easy soup with low fat.
Number of Servings: 4


    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup (2 cans)
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Thyme, ground, 2 tsp
    Fat Free Sour Cream, .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Shrimp, cooked, 9 oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, 1 tsp


Makes 4 servings

Combine: Chicken Broth, Broccoli, Garlic & Thyme over med-high heat and simmer until Broccoli is tender and falling apart. Mash with spoon a little to break apart.

Then add in: Shrimp, sour cream, milk, salt, & pepper. Simmer to warm.
