    2 -3 Cups Sliced, Fresh Peaches...the more the better!
    1 Cup of Pancake Mix
    3/4 Cup Sugar
    1 Cup 2% Milk
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1/3 Cup Butter (Brummel & Brown for less calories)
    Dash of Cinnamon
    Dash of Nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1/3 cup of butter in 8x8 glass dish and put in oven until butter is melted.
Meanwhile combine all the remaining ingredients, except, peaches in bowl. Pour half the mixture over butter, layer peaches and top with remaining half of batter. Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted in center.

I did not have nutmeg on hand when I made this so I substituted pumpkin pie spice...mmmm...
