My own yummy version of banana bread. My own yummy version of banana bread.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/3 cup coconut oil
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
    1 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup 100% whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup mashed banana

Directions

Combine coconut oil and sugar. Add egg substitute. Mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with mashed banana. Stir in walnuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.

Makes 16 slices.
