Ingredients

    6 Tbs. Smart Balance Light spread
    1 cup peanut butter
    3.5 cups powdered sugar
    .5 cup cocoa powder
    1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Melt "butter" over med-low heat, adding powdered sugar until dissolved. Lower to low heat, add cocoa until well mixed, then melt in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour in 5 by 9 in. pan and refridgerate until firm. Makes 15 servings.
