Ingredients

    Beef (London Broil) 19.5 oz
    Peppers, sweet, mini, red, yellow, orange (approx. 9), 180 gram(s)
    Benissimo Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Ginger, ground 1 tsp
    Black Pepper (Ground), 0.5 tsp
    Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp
    Water, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut beef & peppers into 'stir fry strips'
Cook beef in wok with olive oil, spices, and soy sauce.
Add water & peppers, cook for another few minutes until peppers are tender.

I serve over brown rice.
