Ingredients

    Green and red peppers
    Mushrooms
    1 jar of your favorite sauce
    Mozzarella Cheese, Fat Free

Directions

Spray 13x9 baking pan with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up peppers and mushrooms. Pour sauce over veggies, sprinkle cheese over sauce. Bake for 45 minutes. On the last five minutes, turn on broiler to brown cheese : ) YUM!!! Can be used to pour over whole wheat pasta.
