    8 oz. Rozoni Healthy Harvest Lasagna Noodles (cooked to pkg. directions)
    2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    2 cups Italian six-cheese blend
    1 cup Borden Pesto Parmesan Cheese Blend
    1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
    8 oz. extra lean ground beef, browned
    8 oz. Turkey Italian Sausage, browned


Begin by browning the meat together in a skillet. Drain off any grease. Cook noodles according to package directions. Layer in a 9x13 dish sprayed with cooking spray beginning with a small amount of marinara sauce, then 3 noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese, 1/2 of the six-cheese blend, and 1/2 of the meat mixture.
Repeat layers, topping with the 1 cup of Pesto Parmesan Cheese Blend. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until heated through.
