    1 package Morning Star Grillers Recipe Crumbles
    15 egg roll wraps
    1 cup raisens
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 table. minced garlic
    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. seseme oil
    1 table. red cooking wine
    1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    Cooking oil spray


Pre-heat oven to 350. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and carrot. Saute for about 3 minutes or until soft. Add crumbles and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes. Take off heat, add rest of ingredients, mix well. Cut egg roll wraps in half to form triangles. Place egg roll wrap on plate with point facing in the opposite direction. Wet wrap with water and place a spoonful of mix in the center. Fold bottom of corners up, press down, and then roll up. Place rolls on a baking sheet sprayed with oil. Also lightly spray on top of rolls. Bake fo 20-25 mins. turning over halfway though.
