Ingredients

    Basil, 3 cups
    2 cloves garlic
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1/2 c
    Pine Nuts, 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, about a teaspoon
    Boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled
    Dreamfields Penne, low carb

Directions

Pasta serving is about 3/4 c, plus chicken.
Carbs look off in stats, dreamfields has ony 5g digestable per serving.
Put fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts in food processor. Pulse several times. Add cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice. Process until it's a paste. Add water if it's too thick.
Cut up chicken, toss with some pesto. Then add Pasta and rest of pesto sauce. Stir it up and serve.
