    1 lb ground turkey
    1bag Steamfresh Soutwest rice
    1 bag Steamfresh brown rice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes w/green chiles
    3/4 cup reduced fat shredded Mexican Blend cheese
    5 tbls black olives


Cook both bags of rice per package directions. Brown turkey in a non-stick skillet -crumble. Add rice, olives, tomatoes- heat thru, stirring often. Sprinkle with cheese, cover, cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
