    1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    3 cups lowfat buttermilk
    1/4 cup xylitol (or sugar)


Stir all ingredients to blend in a 9" x 13" pan. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then stir to break up chunks. Put back in the freezer for another hour or more stirring every 20-30 minutes to get a light fluffy consistency. Makes 10 1/2-cup servings
