    1 Advocado
    1 roma tomato
    1 serrano pepper
    1 small orange
    1 small lime
    sea salt


Cut all seeds out of tomato and serrano pepper, but into small pieces and put under broiler until well roasted (about 10 minutes).

Scrap advocado into a bowl
Juice the orange and the lime into the bowl
Add about a teaspoon of sea salt

When the tomato and pepper finish roasting, place in the freezer for about 5 minutes to chill.

Take out and add to the rest of the mixture in the bowl.
Stir and enjoy. Excellent just for dipping veggies or chips and also great on turkey burgers and chicken.
