Introduction

New recipe--Like always didn't have exact ingredients so I used what was in the fridge and cupboard to create this. New recipe--Like always didn't have exact ingredients so I used what was in the fridge and cupboard to create this.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    16 oz Elbow Macaroni
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (or what ever you have)
    5 slices of sharp pasteurized cheese
    4 slices of extra sharp cheese slices
    1/4 cup of Crema Fresa (sour cream)
    1/4 cup Mexican Cheese
    Salt and Pepper
    Hot Sauce

    4 slices of Bread ( toasted with crust removed and broken into piece)
    2 Tbs Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Boil macaroni as directed and strain.
In pan that the macaroni was cooked in add the canned milk, sliced cheeses, then pour the macaroni back into the pan.
Stir in most of the gouda grated cheese and crema fresa.
Season to taste.

Place mac and cheese in a casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Melt the butter in microwave then toss bread in melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes
