Ingredients

    4 New or Red Potatoes
    1 large zuccini
    1 large squash
    1 large purple onion
    1 cup mushrooms
    Pam Olive Oil Spray

    Seasonings:
    1/2 tsp McCormick Gourmet Collection Herbes De Provence
    1/2 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak
    1/2 tsp McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb
    1/2 tsp Adams Reserve Minced Garlic

    Seasonings used above are the preferred seasonings for this recipe. Our goal is to keep your sodium levels to the minimum. If you would like to change up the seasonings to other flavors, feel free, but watch your sodium intake.

Directions

Chop red potatoes into bite sized chunks
Chop or slice squash, zuccini, mushrooms & onions to your preference

Spray Pam Olive Oil on medley.

Then season with all seasonings listed on ingredient list.

Options for cooking.

Grill @ medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn & grill for another 5 minutes.

Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through.

Saute in large pan over medium heat until done.
