    3/4 cup Cornmeal
    1 1/2 cup Milk, 1%
    1/4 cup, Liquid Egg Beater
    1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 packet Chili Seasoning Mix
    15oz can Diced Tomatoes
    15oz bag White Corn, Frozen
    1 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Frozen


Brown ground beef and drain any fat.

Combine all ingredients, except cheese in the crock pot and mix together well.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then turn heat to LOW for 3 hours.

Add cheese and cook for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
