    3 cups chopped romaine
    1/4 cup grilled red onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    3/4 grilled peach
    1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    2 tbs fat-free feta cheese
    2 tbs agave-glazed walnuts
    4 oz. cooked chicken


Chop lettuce, celery, and onion and place into bowl.

Mix chopped walnuts with 1 t. agave and a little water. Stir to coat. Bake in an oven on tinfoil for 5-10 minutes or until glazed over. Watch carefully as not to burn. Add nuts to salad bowl.

Cook chicken on grill alongside peaches. Cook chicken through and peaches until soft and the natural sugars carmelize.

Measure 4 oz of chicken out and chop. Place into salad bowl alongside 2 peach halves.

Sprinkle feta cheese on top.

Drizzle with 1 tsp walnut oil and 2 Tbsp pomegranite balsamic vinegar.
