    8 oz. crab meat
    4 teaspoons bread crumbs or two pieces of melba toast, crumbled
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons dried minced onion
    2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    2 cloves crushed garlic.
    Cayenne, Salt, Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients. press into small muffin cups, bake at 350 until slightly brown on top. (About 20 minutes?)
