Number of Servings: 12


    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 c pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup milk
    1 banana, mashed
    1 tbsp melted margarine spread
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c wheat germ
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


beat together sugar, pumpkin, banana, margarine, and vanilla. Add flour, wheat germ, soda, powder and spice. Mix well. pour into 12 foil lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 for about 20 mins, until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Store at room temp for up to 2 days.
