Ingredients

    * 1/2 c Smart Beat Mayonnaise (nonfat, lowcal)
    * 6 tsp Dijon mustard
    * 6 tsp fresh rosemary, minced (3 separated)
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * Pam (or any nonstick vegetable) spray
    * 4 large Portobello mushrooms, stems trimmed
    * 2 TBSP olive oil
    * 4 Pepperidge Farm Soft 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, toasted
    * 2 large bunches arugula
    * Salt and Pepper

Directions

1 burger/bun per serving


1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and 2 tsp of the rosemary.


2. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray, then prepare barbecue (or turn on broiler)--to medium heat.


3. Brush mushrooms all over with olive oil. Sprinkle each with 1 tsp rosemary, then salt and pepper. Grill until tender, about 10 minutes per side.


4. Spread mayonnaise mixture over buns. Place mushrooms and augula on bun bottoms. Cover with bun tops.
