    Sautee onions and carrots in olive oil in large stock pot or dutch oven. Add dried lima beans, water, garlic, tomato puree, spices, salt, sugar, and everything else. Cover the pot with a heavy lid and put in the oven at 350 for 2.5 hours. Thank me later.
