Vegan muffins Vegan muffins
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Buckwheat, 180 grams (1 cup)
    Banana, fresh, 1 extra large (9" or longer)
    Honey, 3 tbsp
    Crashed hazelnuts, 18 grams
    Baking Powder, 0.25 tsp

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and mix well. Use paper muffin cups to bake six. Bake for 20 minutes on 200 C.
