    Skim milk, cocoa, cornstarch


Mix all ingredients in a pot. Make sure the cornstarch is not lumpy, that it is distributed evenly. Cook over medium heat untill it begins to thicken and bubble. STIR CONSTANTLY! The cornstarch will lump up in a second!

Add sweetener as applicable. I use SweetNLow, but use what you like. Remember that more sweetener is required since it will taste less sweet when it cools. Add some vanilla to make it "seem" sweeter.

After the pudding is cooked, distribute to serving dishes. Top with some chopped nuts if you like.

Makes 4 servings of one half cup each. About 110 calories each (without nuts).
