Ingredients

1lb ground beef, 93% lean
1 cup onion, diced
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1 10oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 15.5oz. can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 14.5oz. cans sliced stewed tomoatoes, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup salsa
1 16oz. can pinto bean, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
Directions
cook ground beef and onion. Put the rest of ingredients in and simmer with lid on for 1 hour, stirring occassionally. ENJOY!
