    2 - 14 oz cans of Fred Meyer Beef broth

    2- 14 oz cans of Fred Meyer Low Sodium beef broth

    Half of 12 oz bag of baby carrots - chopped

    Half of large sweet onion (yellow onion)

    2 Lbs of stew meat (cubed beef)- raw

    8 oz Egg noodles

    (seasonings to suit your taste)


Mix all ingredients except noodles into crockpot (slow cooker)

cook on low all day or overnight (8 hours)

set slow cooker to "warm" setting and boil noodles as directed on bag

Drain noodles and add to slow cooker

Allow to stay on "warm" for atleast 30 mins for noodles to season through

Serve & enjoy :)
