Ingredients

    Can of black beans
    1 .25 cups cooked brown rice
    2 T olive oil
    .75 c bread crumbs
    can of diced chiles
    medium onion
    cilantro if desired
    salt and pepper if desired

Directions

Heat olive oil, add onion and saute until soft. Add garlic and halepeno. Saute for 2 more minutes. Combine black beans, brown rice, and bread crumbs, pulse through food processor.
Form 4 patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. To cook, heat oil in skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side.
Can be served with a grilled roll, lettuce and tomato.
Should make 4 burgers, but I usually get 4 and a small one leftover.
