    4 chicken thighs and 4 drumsticks
    2 cups water
    2 cups soy sauce
    1 T sesame oil
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1T minced ginger
    3- 6 oz cans of pineapple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. ketsup
    1/4 c rice vinegar
    1/4 c brown sugar
    4 cloves minced garlic cloves
    2 T minced ginger
    2 t Asian chili sauce


Soak 4 chicken thighs and 4 chicken drumsticks in 2 cups soy sauce, 2 cups water, 1 T sesame oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 T minced ginger for 1 hour or up to 8 hours. To increase flavor of garlic and ginger, saute for 30 sec before adding to liquid. Remove chicken and pat dry.
Arange chicken skin side up on grill- 25-30 min. Turn once
and grill another 25 min. In the meantime, simmer the brown sugar, pineapple juice,ketsup, vinegar, garlic, ginger and chili sauce for a hour. Brush on chicken immediately from grill.
