Number of Servings: 4


    2.5 cup nonfat soymilk (or milk if you want)
    Half a cup of sugar (you can use less to taste or substitute for other sweeteners)
    Quarter cup of cornstarch
    3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    Optional: ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove...whatever spices you like


Mix spices into milk if you want to use them.
Mix dry ingredients and sift into a saucepan (makes for a smoother pudding)
Over medium heat, slowly stir in soymilk. Heat until thickened.
Pour into pudding bowls/custard cups. Makes 4 1/2 cup servings. Serve with fruit, whipped topping, anything you want.
