    1 box of Rontini Pasta (16 oz)
    Chicken Breast Skinless Boneless (4-5 pounds=48-64oz)
    2 bags of Steamfresh (or fresh Broccoli) Bird's Eye Broccoli Cuts
    1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Shredded Part-Skim
    1 jar Classico Signature Alfredo Roasted Red Bell Pepper
    4 tbsp Cream Cheese Light
    8 Tbsp of Sour Cream Light
    1 Cup of Skim Milk
    Cayenne Pepper
    onion powder


Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Drop into boil water. The pieces will cook quickly. Add spices to taste, pan seer in fat free spray (to brown a little). Cook broccoli according to instructions, or steam fresh broccoli. Cook pasta, drain, return to pan. Mix all other ingredients, Mozzarella, sour cream, cream cheese, alfredo sauce. Heat to warm. Enjoy!
