Introduction

Ingredients

    1- package frozen okra (10 oz), thawed
    1- package frozen okra and squash (3.75 cups), thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 cloved garlic, minced
    1 package fresh spinach
    1 package dried lentils (15 oz)
    2 cups water
    4 cups V8 vegetable juice
    3/4 cup Adams Natural Peanut Butter, creamy
    6 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
    4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder

Directions

In a large pot, simmer lentils in 2 cups water for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine V8, peanut butter, Braggs, Nutritional Yeast, and chili powder in a large bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir until mixed. Add this and the remaining ingredients to the lentils. Simmer covered 20 minutes. Uncover and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
