Quick low fat cream pie for any occasion. Quick low fat cream pie for any occasion.

Ingredients

    1 graham cracker pie crust
    8oz softened cream cheese
    1 cup vanilla organic Greek yogurt
    cup of sugar
    cup liquid margarita mixer
    3 tbsp fresh lime juice

Directions

In a bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until soft and smooth. Add sugar, lime juice and margarita mixer to cream cheese and mix until blended well. Add yogurt and mix until just blended. Pour into pie crust and freeze overnight or until firm.
