    1 cup whole what flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    6 egg whites
    1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/4 cup Better n' Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, wisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another large bowl, wisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined, and then wisk in unsweetened applesauce and peanut butter. FOLD the dry ingredients into the wet, and fold unitl flour is just moistened (don't over mix). Add the chocolate chips.
Scoop 2 tbsp of batter into the muffin cups. Bake 25-30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
