Ingredients

    7-10 red potatoes
1 sick of blue bonnet lite butter
    seasonings

Directions

Make sure to clean off the red potatoes. You can peel them if you want to, but I don't. And don't even worry about cutting them up, just put them into a pot of water whole. Bring to a boil and boil for about 15-20 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes. When they're done boiling, drain them and put back into a pot with the stick of butter. At this point you can try to mash the potatoes or just stir them (they'll be soft enough they'll fall apart). Add your seasonings: Nature's Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Garlic power, Onion powder, Red pepper, and anything else you think would taste good. Mix together well and keep on stove on the lowest setting. Then sprinkle the top with cheese. It's ready to serve when the cheese has melted on top of the potatoes. This can make up to 10 servings.
