Ingredients

    1 jar prego heartsmart pasta sauce
    20 ounces extra lean ground beef
    3 cups fat free mozzarella cheese
    9 lasagna noodles
    italian seasoning mix
    garlic powder
    cinnamon

Directions

prepare lasagna noodles as directed. While they are cooking, brown the ground beef with a .25 cup cooking wine and season to taste with the spices. Add sauce when meat is done. Layer ingredients in a 9" by 12" pan, sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into 12 servings.
