You can use any white fish, fresh or frozen (thawed). You can use any white fish, fresh or frozen (thawed).
Number of Servings: 2


    12 oz. haddock filets
    1/2 cup of dill weed (dry or fresh) *I only had dried on hand*
    1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp EVOO
    4 tsp yellow mustard or dijon


Mix all ingredients together.
Place fish in ziploc bag with the marinade. Marinade for 20 mins. in the refrigerator.
Broil for 8-10 mins.
Serve over quinoa or brown rice.
