Ingredients

    cabbage, carrots, light mayo, buttermilk, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice.

Directions

Shred the cabbage, carrots and onion with a food processor. Should yield around 10 cups. Place in a larger bowl. Remove the shredder blade and put in the regular blade. Add remaining ingredients to the processor and blend until smooth. Pour over cabbage and mix. Best if left overnight in fridge.
