    veg-all, 1can
    cream of chicken soup, 1can
    Boneless skinless tenderloins chicken breast, 8 oz
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Heart Smart Reduced Fat Bisquick, 1 cup


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

in 9-inch pie plate mix soup, vegetables, and chicken

mix milk, egg and Bisquick. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden.
