    1 English Cucumber (12 oz.)
    Juice of one lemon
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon dried Mustard
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1 packet stevia
    1/4 cup minced parsley or cilantro or mixture


Put vinegar and lemon juice in blender. Add a few chunks of cucumber. When blended gradually add in the rest of the cucumber. Then add the mustard, stevia, and cumin. Pour into storage container and stir in the parsley or cilantro.

Makes about 2 cups. 61 calories in entire recipe - about 7 calories per 1/4 cup.
