    1 spaghetti squash cooked and scraped from shell
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 small onion, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, minced


Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Add cabbage and cook until cabbage begins to soften.

Add parsley and squash and cook until heated. Season with black pepper and serve.

*You can season with salt if you'd like. I omitted the salt to keep the sodium low.
