Ingredients

    1 lbs Ground Beef, 96/4
    3 cups Medium Egg Noodles
    .5 tsp Lawry Salt
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    2 tsp Minced Onion
    1 16oz can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
    1 cube Beef Boullion
    1 cup Beef Broth
    1 cup Sour Cream, Lite

Directions

1. Brown ground beef using Lawry salt to season
2. Dissolve Bouillon cube in 1 cup warm water
3. Prepare noodles as per package
4. Add all ingredients accept Sour Cream and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Add Sour Cream and simmer for 5 minutes
