Ingredients

    Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)

Directions

cook the lentils. fry off onions etc and then mix together. put in canned toms and stew adding what spices you like
