    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 12 tsp packed (remove)
    *Taste of Thai Lite Light Coconut Milk, 1.66 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.062 cup (remove)
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb (remove)
    Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Cook rice.

Spices, onion, and coconut milk in a bowl or food processor until smooth.

Cook chicken and celery.

Add spice mixture.

Add apples.

Let cook for 10-15 minutes.

Pour over rice and serve.
