Good, hearty turkey chili. Good, hearty turkey chili.
Number of Servings: 5


    1 pkg. ground turkey, 93% lean (20 oz.)
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1 pkg. McCornick Chili Seasoning (low sodium)
    1/2 can red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
    1/2 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz.)
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    water as needed


Brown the turkey and onion until cooked through. Drain juices, if needed. Stir in McCormick seasoning, beans, tomatoes and rest of ingredients.

Stir and simmer for 15 mins. (or longer if you want). Stir occassionally so it doesn't stick and add water if needed.

Service with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onion if you like.
