    1 cup Renée's Gourmet Spring Herb Italian Vinaigrette
    3 cups Water
    2 cups Long grain rice


* Rinse rice 5 times with cold water.
* Add water and Vinaigrette.
* You can use a covered saucepan or a rice cooker. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
* Turn down to a simmer and cook for 15-17 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
* Serve immediately or cool and serve as a rice salad with grilled vegetables, using the dressing as a marinade.
