    3 1/2 cups whole wheat pasta (250 grams) use rotini
    1/4 lb snow peas or green beans, or snap peas
    3 cups cauliflower, in small pieces
    2 sweet peppers (red, yellow, green, purple, or combination)
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/4 cup fresh dill
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1/3 cup red wine finegar
    1/3 cp canola oil (corn oil is good, too)
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    3 tbsp watter
    salt and pepper to taste


Cook pasta until al dente (tender but firm). Drain and rinse under cold running waer and rain again.
Blanch snap peas (or snow peas or green beans, whichever you're using) for two minutes. Drain, rinse under cld running water, and rain again. Cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths.
Combine cauliflower, carrots, peppers, green onions, dill, snap peas, and pasta. Toss to mix.
Combing minced garlic, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well. Whisk in the oil and water gradually. Mix well. Pour over salad and toss to mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 10 one-cup servings.
