    1- lb Ground Turkey breast
    1-C. shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3-C. Shredded Romaine or Iceburg Lettuce
    1-C. Frozen Sweet Corn
    1- Can Red Kidney Beans
    1-4 oz can of Mushrooms
    1/4 C. - Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
    1 Pkg Pita Pockets ( 5 whole)


Cook turkey until done in large skillet. Add beans, corn, and mushrooms. When heated through add sour cream and taco seasoning. Stir well. Spoon about 1/4 C. of mixture into 1/2 of a warm pita pocket and top with cheese and lettuce, or any toppings you like. Makes about ten servings.
