    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded
    2 Red Ripe Tomatoes, sliced
    1 Cucumber (peeled), thinly sliced
    Soybeans, green, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 1.5 cup
    1-2 Carrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced on diagonal
    Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup
    Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow or Chinese Mustard, 1 tbsp
    Bragg Amino Acids, 3 tsp
    Honey or agave, 1 tbsp


Assemble salad.

Mix dressing in blender, if desired.
