    1 c. Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1 c. Nonfat Milk
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar - packed
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. semi sweet mini chococate chips
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


Soak oatmeal in milk for one hour.
Preheat over to 400 degrees
Mix all ingredients together
Spoon into muffin tin lined with papers
Bake at 400 degree for 20-25 minutes
Makes 12 muffins
