    Spring Mix Salad, 3 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves or quarters
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
    Basil, 4 tbsp, cut into thin strips
    Fresh Lemon Juice, from 1 lemon
    Honey or Agave Nectar, 1 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 2 tbsp. (optional)


Assemble salad.

Whisk dressing ingredients and toss.
